Location: Bury St Edmund’s, Suffolk

A newly converted barn on the Hengrave Estate near Bury St Edmunds, with wonderful rural views across the Suffolk landscape. The owners were downsizing and came with lots of amazing garden ornaments, including a genuine Gypsy caravan.

A garden canal on the terrace displays a beautiful Owl and The Pussycat sculpture surrounded by waterlilies, overlooking the formal rose garden. The remaining grounds are fairly naturalistic with wildflower meadow and a wildlife pond.
